Booking & Cancellation Policyfor workshops & classes

Workshop: A one-day, standalone session focused on learning a specific skill or completing a particular project.

Class: A series of sessions held over multiple dates, designed to build skills progressively over time.

Booking Your Place

  • All workshops/classes must be booked in advance, with full payment required at the time of booking to secure your place.
  • Places are limited and cannot be held without payment.
  • If spaces are available, workshops may be booked up to 24 hours before the start time.
  • Please arrive on time so we can begin together and make the most of the session. If you arrive very late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and unfortunately we’re unable to offer refunds in these circumstances.

Age Requirement

  • Our workshops/classes are designed for adults and are open to participants aged 18 and over only.
  • We’re unable to accommodate children or under-18s, including when accompanied by an adult. Thank you for understanding.

If You Need to Cancel or Make a Change

  • All workshop bookings are non-refundable.
  • If you need to cancel more than 14 days before the workshop date, we’re happy to offer a transfer to another workshop, subject to availability.
  • For cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop, transfers are only possible if your place can be filled.
  • Workshops only :You’re very welcome to send someone in your place, provided you let us know in advance and they meet the age requirement.
  • If you’re unable to attend part or all of a class, including individual dates within a multi-session course, we’re unable to offer refunds or make-up sessions.

If We Need to Cancel

  • Beyond the Pink Door reserves the right to cancel a course at short notice.
  • If this happens, you’ll be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
  • We’re unable to accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

Workshop Materials & In-Store Discounts

  • Details of what to bring, and what’s included, will be shared ahead of your workshop/class.
  • Workshop/class participants receive a small thank-you discount on full-priced supplies purchased on the day, where applicable.
